Ich habe mehr als zwanzig Jahre Erfahrung in der K\u00fcche und arbeite an Lehrkursen am Artusi-Institut in Chianciano Terme mit. Viele Jahre lang leite ich die K\u00fcche des Restaurants \u2013 des Hotels Alcide in Poggibonsi, eines renommierten Gesch\u00e4fts zwischen Siena und Florenz mit mehr als 150 Jahren Geschichte. Ich liebe meinen Job und das Kochen in all seinen Facetten, von Haute Cuisine bis Street Food.
